When will my first box arrive?

As soon as you've placed your order we'll let you know via email when to expect your first box.

Why is there a slight delay between ordering and my first box arriving?

It takes us a few days to arrange the contents of each new box. This is normally between 7-10 days but we're constantly trying to reduce this.

Which day of the week will my box arrive on?

We post all boxes out using Royal Mail Second Class on Tuesdays. You should definitely receive your box by Friday but in exceptional circumstances it may arrive on Saturday morning.

When will I be charged?

After your first box, you will next be charged one week before your next box is dispatched as we individually prepare each Weekend Box.

For example, If you sign-up on a Friday, your first box will arrive the following Friday and you'll be re-billed the following Tuesday so we can start preparing your next fortnightly box.

After this you will be charged on the same date each fortnight/month thereafter. Sometimes payments can take a day or so to show on your bank statement.

How much will I be charged for Weekend Boxes?

If you signed up to Weekend Box BEFORE the 8th March 2015, you'll be billed £17.90 per month for fortnightly Weekend Boxes or £8.95 per month for monthly boxes.

If you signed up to Weekend Box AFTER the 8th March 2015, you'll always be billed for each Weekend Box individually - ie £5.95 for Mini Boxes (2-activity boxes) or £8.95 for Bumper Boxes (4-activity boxes), depending on the frequency you've chosen.

Do you offer a one Weekend Box per month plan?

Sure - you can update whether you get your boxes fortnightly or monthly over at

When do you process referrals?

Our super wizzy computer system automatically processes all referrals for us at the end of each month, credits your account and then sends you an email. You'll need to make sure you're receiving our boxes to benefit from referral credits.

Can I add multiple children?

Of course! You can add siblings when you signup or alternatively just drop us an email at with your details and we'll add them on to your account. It costs £4.95 extra per sibling per box.

Can I pause my boxes?

Certainly - just log into your Account page over at and choose the Pause button on the right hand side. Please note - as we send boxes out on Tuesdays we can only pause an order up until 5pm the Friday before your box is dispatched.

How do I cancel my Weekend Boxes?

Oh no! We're really sad you want to leave but if you're sure, just log into your Account page over at and follow the instructions.
